If existing client with the original live account needs to log in to the new client portal, please follow the steps below:
1) Use your registered email address to log in “Inbox” or “Junk Inbox” to view the new password;
2) Please use the new password, to log in through the new client portal via https://www.atfxidn.com/en;
3) Simply use the registered email address and the new password you got to log in;
4) If you do not receive the password, you can reset the password directly on the client portal;
5) If you have any problems on using the new client portal, please contact ATFX official customer service.

The new login URL will be delivered to you shortly, due to security reasons. Your login name will be your registered email address and we’ll send your password separately on July 12. If you haven’t received an email with your password on July 12, you can go to the login page of the new client portal and click “Forget password”. Once you’ve done this, you can create a new password. It should be noted that your login name and password to the new client portal will change, however your login information for the MT4 platform remains the same.
